METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MARKING DESIRED PORTION OF SHEET-LIKE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for marking a desired portion of a sheet-like member capable of drying ink applied to the sheet-like member without changing various physical properties in the entire sheet-like member.SOLUTION: A method for marking a desired portion of a sheet-like member comprises a process of drying ink by making an ultrasonic wave selectively act on a portion of the sheet-like member to which ink is applied. A device for marking the desired portion of the sheet-like member comprises an ultrasonic generator which can dry ink by making an ultrasonic wave selectively act on the portion of the sheet-like member to which ink is applied. With this, it is difficult to change various physical properties in the entire sheet-like member since the applied ink can be selectively dried by suppressing portions other than the portion desired to be clear with application of ink in the sheet-like member from being heated. 【課題】シート状部材の全体にかかる諸物性を変化させることなくシート状部材に付与されたインクを乾燥可能な、シート状部材の望む部分をマーキングする方法および装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のシート状部材の望む部分をマーキングする方法は、シート状部材のインクが付与された部分へ選択的に超音波を作用させてインクを乾燥する工程を有している。また、本発明のシート状部材の望む部分をマーキングする装置は、シート状部材のインクが付与された部分へ選択的に超音波を作用させてインクを乾燥できる超音波発生装置を有している。そのため、シート状部材におけるインクの付与により明確化することを望む部分以外が加熱されるのを抑制して付与されたインクを選択的に乾燥できることから、シート状部材の全体にかかる諸物性を変化させ難い。【選択図】なし
