Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the taste of crops under growth precisely and quantitatively without extracting a sample.SOLUTION: A crop taste estimation device 1 includes: food taste component amount estimation means (a food taste component amount estimation part 11a) that estimates a value of a food taste component amount indicating the quality of each taste element at least one selected from basic taste elements of sweetness, bitterness, sourness, saltiness, and deliciousness, and at least one selected from subsidiary taste elements of texture, moisture, and flavor using measurement data which is environmental information surrounding the crops; food taste value estimation means (a food taste value estimation part 12a) that estimates a food taste value of each taste element indicating how close the food taste component amount of each taste element is to the target value using the food taste component amount of each taste element estimated by the food taste component amount estimation means; and taste estimation means (a taste estimation part 13a) that obtains the estimation value of the taste of the crops using the food taste value of each taste element estimated by the food taste value estimation means. 【課題】生育中の農作物の味を、サンプルを採取することなく、精度よく、定量的に推測すること。【解決手段】農作物の味推測装置1は、農作物を取り巻く環境情報である測定データを用いて、甘味、苦味、酸味、塩味、うま味の基本味要素から選択される少なくとも1種、及び、食感、水分、香りの副次的味要素から選択される少なくとも1種の各味要素の質を示す食味成分量の値を推測する食味成分量推測手段(食味成分量推測部11a)、食味成分量推測手段により推測した各味要素の食味成分量を用いて、各味要素の食味成分量の値が目標値にどれだけ近いかを示す各味要素の食味値を推測する食味値推測手段(食味値推測部12a)、食味値推測手段により推測した各味要素の食味値を用いて、農作物の味の推測値を得る味推測手段(味推測部13a)、を備える。【選択図】図1
