Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference apparatus capable of changing directivity of a microphone, even when a user does not consciously perform an operation.SOLUTION: A conference apparatus includes a microphone 203 and a camera 202 that is provided in an arm 202a. In the case where the arm 202a is erected so that shooting can be performed by the camera 202, the microphone 203 has forward directivity. In the case where the arm 202a is brought down so that the shooting cannot be performed by the camera 202, the microphone 203 has omnidirectional characteristics. 【課題】ユーザが意識して操作を行わなくても、マイクの指向性を切り替えることが可能な会議装置を提供する。【解決手段】マイク２０３と、アーム２０２ａに備え付けられたカメラ２０２と、を有する会議装置であって、アーム２０２ａが立っていて、カメラ２０２による撮影が可能な場合には、マイク２０３は前方指向性を有し、アーム２０２ａが倒れていてカメラ２０２による撮影が不可能な場合には、マイク２０３は全指向性を有する。【選択図】図１
