PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a safety valve mechanism and an inspection method for a safety valve mechanism capable of shortening time required for an inspection.SOLUTION: An inspection device 30 for a safety valve mechanism, regarding a safety valve mechanism having a plurality of safety valves 11, a gas collecting part in which a gas is introduced via the plurality of safety valves 11 and a gas exhaust port 27 for exhausting the gas inside the gas collecting part to the outside, inspects a valve opening pressure of two or more safety valves 11 which become the inspection object in one-time inspection out of the plurality of safety valves 11. The inspection device 30 includes: a gas supply part 31 for supplying a gas; a gas supply passage 32 for connecting the gas supply part 31 and the safety valve 11 which becomes the inspection object; a pressure gauge 34 for detecting the pressure of the gas supplied to the safety valve 11 which becomes the inspection object; and a flowmeter 33 for detecting a flow rate of the gas supplied to the safety valve 11 which becomes the inspection object. 【課題】検査に要する時間を短縮することができる安全弁機構の検査装置及び安全弁機構の検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】安全弁機構の検査装置３０は、複数の安全弁１１と、当該複数の安全弁１１を介してガスが導入されるガス集合部と、当該ガス集合部内のガスを外部に排出するガス排出口２７とを有する安全弁機構について、複数の安全弁１１のうち１回の検査で検査対象となる２以上の安全弁１１の開弁圧を検査する。検査装置３０は、ガスを供給するガス供給部３１と、ガス供給部３１と、検査対象となる安全弁１１とを接続するガス供給路３２と、検査対象となる安全弁１１に供給されるガスの圧力を検出する圧力計３４と、検査対象となる安全弁１１に供給されるガスの流量を検出する流量計３３とを備える。【選択図】図３
