PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency, and to reduce a measuring cost.SOLUTION: A correcting jig 50b is formed with a holding recessed portion 21b capable of holding a chip component to be measured, and arranged with a contactor 31 so as to project out from a bottom surface of the holding recessed portion 21b. The correcting jig 50b has a projecting portion 52 capable of fitting in the holding recessed portion 21b to contact with the contactor 31, and a body portion 51 formed with the projecting portion 52 and a positioning hole 51a.
