Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump container capable of discharging water in an air chamber from a pore, and preventing water from entering the air chamber from the pore.SOLUTION: A pump container 1 includes: a container body 2 for accumulating a liquid material 200; a pump part 17 having a cylinder 41 forming air chambers 45 and 46, and a liquid chamber 47, and a piston 42 formed so as to reciprocate in the cylinder for compressing the air chambers and the liquid chamber; a nozzle 16 for driving the piston by moving reciprocally, which includes a discharge passage 34 for the liquid material 200 supplied from the pump part; a mixing part 48 provided to discharge parts 83 and 92 for discharging the liquid material of the pump part for mixing the liquid material discharged at the pump part with air in the air chambers; a seat surface part 96 formed at the bottom face of the air chambers; a drain port 97 provided to the seat surface part, which communicates the container body and the air chambers; and a float 98 formed of a material whose specific gravity is lower than that of water, which is capable of contacting the seat surface part, and blocking the drain port by contacting the seat surface part.
【課題】空気室の水を孔部から排出可能、且つ、孔部から空気室内に水が浸入することを防止可能なポンプ容器を提供する。【解決手段】ポンプ容器1は、液状物200を貯留する容器体2と、空気室45,46及び液室47を形成するシリンダ41、並びに、シリンダ内を往復可能に形成され、空気室及び液室を圧縮するピストン42を備えるポンプ部17と、往復動することでピストンを駆動し、ポンプ部から供給された液状物200の吐出流路34を有するノズル16と、ポンプ部の液状物を吐出する吐出部83,92に設けられ、ポンプ部で吐出された液状物を空気室の空気と混合する混合部48と、空気室の底面に形成された座面部96と、容器体及び空気室を連通する、座面部に設けられた排水口97と、水よりも比重が低い材料で形成され、座面部と当接可能、且つ、座面部と当接することで、排水口を閉塞するフロート98と、を備える構成とする。【選択図】図1 |
