Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device capable of enhancing separation efficiency by changing operation conditions in accordance with granular materials.SOLUTION: A separation device 10 comprises: a cylindrical casing 20; an inlet pipe 30 connected to the casing 20 and allowing a fluid including granular materials to flow from a tangential direction; an outlet pipe 40 which is connected along the shaft center of the casing 20, inserts an outlet 42 to the inside, and can discharge the fluid moving upward inside the casing 20. The separation device 10 separates the fluid and the granular materials with centrifugation by generating a swirl flow while descending spirally inside the casing 20. The separation device 10 also comprises: a control valve 32 attached to the inlet pipe 30 and capable of adjusting the flow speed of the fluid including the granular materials, which flows into the casing 20; and movement means 50 capable of changing the outlet position of the outlet pipe 40 so as to change the moving distance of the fluid that moves inside the casing 20 in a swirling manner.
【課題】粉粒体に応じて運転条件を変えて分離効率を高めることができる分離装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の分離装置10は、円筒状のケーシング20と、前記ケーシング20に接続し接線方向から粉粒体を含む流体を流入可能な入口管30と、前記ケーシング20の軸心に沿って接続し出口42を内部に挿入して前記ケーシング20の内部を上昇する前記流体を排出可能な出口管40と、を備え前記ケーシング20の内部で螺旋状に下降しながら旋回流を発生させて遠心分離で前記流体と前記粉粒体を分離する分離装置10において、前記入口管30に取り付けて前記ケーシング20に流入する前記粉粒体を含む流体の流速を調整可能な制御バルブ32と、前記ケーシング20の内部を旋回移動する前記流体の移動距離が変わるよう前記出口管40の出口位置を変更可能な移動手段50と、を備えたことを特徴としている。【選択図】図1 |
