PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic toothbrush enabling doubling the number of times of toothbrushing.SOLUTION: A toothbrush with a container and a toothbrush with a frequency meter 1 are each divided into a detachable brush part and an assembly cartridge brush component 11, and a handle part is divided into a handle component with an assembly cartridge container, and a handle component with an assembly cartridge frequency meter. The assembly cartridge brush component 11 is provided with an assembly cartridge brush component 11 made by providing an attaching/detaching opening 10 with a hook, as a device for attaching to and detaching from the handle component.
