PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform assembly safely and easily in a short time without using a jig.SOLUTION: A clip electrode comprises: first and second plate pieces 10, 20 having bearing parts 11, 21; a shaft rod 40 inserted into shaft holes 12, 22 of the bearing parts 11, 21 provided in the first plate piece 10 and the second plate piece 20; a spring 30 having a first end 31 in contact with the first plate piece and a second end 32 in contact with the second plate piece; a spring placing part 16 provided in the first plate piece for placing the spring at a position that matches the shaft holes; a positioning part 17 for positioning the first end of the spring 30 placed on the spring placing part 16; a movement suppressing part for suppressing the movement of the spring placed on the spring placing part 16; and an electrode 50 provided in an organism holding part. 【課題】治具を用いることなく、簡単に短時間で安全に組み立てを行う。【解決手段】軸受部１１、２１を備える第１、第２の板片１０、２０と、第１の板片１０と第２の板片２０に設けられた軸受部１１、２１の軸穴１２、２２に貫通される軸棒４０と、第１の板片に当接する第１の端部３１と、第２の板片に当接する第２の端部３２とを有するバネ３０と、第１の板片に設けられ、バネを軸穴に一致する位置に載置するバネ載置部１６と、バネ載置部１６に載置されたバネ３０の第１の端部を位置決めする位置決部１７と、バネ載置部１６に載置されたバネの移動を抑制する移動抑制部と、生体挟持部に設けられた電極５０とを具備する。【選択図】図１
