Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine coil capable of suppressing small a maximum potential difference between different-phase coils in a spiral coil end portion when forming the coil end portion.SOLUTION: A target concentric winding part 40a is a concentric winding part to be wound around a target slot 12a in which a coil side connectable to a connection terminal 90 is disposed. The target concentric winding part 40a is disposed so as not to include a concentric winding part of the same phase but is not the target concentric winding part 40a, in a circumferential direction between the target concentric winding part 40a and another target concentric winding part 40a of the same phase. An arrangement pattern of the target slot 12a of multiple phases is set to a pattern that minimizes variance in the circumferential direction C between target concentric winding parts 40a of phases different from each other and being adjacent in the circumferential direction C, among a plurality of arrangement patterns that make the order of arranging phases in the circumferential direction C for the target slot 12a of multiple phases equal to the order of arranging phases in the circumferential direction C for a slot 12 of multiple phases.
【課題】渦巻状のコイルエンド部を形成する場合に、コイルエンド部における異相コイル間の最大電位差を小さく抑えることが可能な回転電機用コイルを実現する。【解決手段】接続端子90に接続可能なコイル辺部が配置される対象スロット12aに巻回される同心巻部である対象同心巻部40aは、同相の他の対象同心巻部40aとの周方向Cの間に、対象同心巻部40aではない同相の同心巻部を含まないように配置される。複数相の対象スロット12aの配置パターンは、当該複数相の対象スロット12aの周方向Cにおける相の並び順が複数相のスロット12の周方向Cにおける相の並び順と等しくなる複数の配置パターンの中で、周方向Cに隣接する互いに異なる相の対象同心巻部40aの周方向Cの間隔の分散が最も小さくなるパターンに設定されている。【選択図】図3 |
