PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interpretation processing apparatus, when interpretation is requested, causing a data center to select an optimal interpretation request destination and automatically distributing the interpretation thereto.SOLUTION: The interpretation processing apparatus includes: a reception section that receives interpretation request information including a medical image from an interpretation request device; a preservation section that preserves the interpretation request information received by the reception section; a storage section that stores distribution information regulating a plurality of factors for distributing the interpretation and the interpretation information having been interpreted previously, for each of a plurality of interpretation request destinations; a processing section that compares the interpretation request information with the interpretation information stored in the storage section and calculates similarity of information items corresponding to the plurality of factors to select an interpretation request destination; and a transmission section that transmits the interpretation request information to the interpretation request destination selected by the processing section to request the interpretation thereof. 【課題】読影依頼があったとき、データセンタにて最適な読影依頼先を選択して自動的に読影を振り分けるようにした読影処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】読影依頼装置からの医用画像を含む読影依頼情報を受信する受信部と、受信部で受信した読影依頼情報を保管する保管部と、読影を振り分けるための複数の因子を規定した振り分け情報と、複数の読影依頼先毎に以前に読影した読影情報を記憶する記憶部と、読影依頼情報と記憶部に記憶した読影情報とを比較して、複数の因子に相当する情報の類似度を算出して読影依頼先を選択する処理部と、処理部で選択した読影依頼先に読影依頼情報を送信して読影を依頼する送信部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
