Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and stably prevent a trip from occurring due to abrupt increase of heat quantity of a blast furnace in blast furnace open ceiling, without greatly increasing costs, in a blast furnace gas-fired boiler, such as a boiler for blast furnace gas power generation, generating steam with blast furnace gas used as fuel.SOLUTION: A fuel control method of a blast furnace gas-fired boiler 10 using blast furnace gas as fuel introduces steam to a position on upstream side with respect to a flow rate adjustment valve 14 in a fuel supply pipe 12 for supplying blast furnace gas to a burner 11 of the boiler 10, in blast furnace open ceiling, and reduces the heat quantity of blast furnace gas supplied to the burner 11.
【課題】高炉ガス発電用のボイラなど、高炉ガスを燃料として蒸気を発生する高炉ガス焚きボイラにおいて、大幅なコスト上昇を招くことなく、高炉の吹き抜け発生時の高炉ガスの発熱量の急激な増大に起因してトリップが発生してしまうことを、確実かつ安定して防止する。【解決手段】高炉ガスを燃料とする高炉ガス焚きボイラ10における燃料制御方法は、高炉吹き抜け時に、ボイラ10のバーナ11に高炉ガスを供給する燃料供給管12における流量調節弁14よりも上流側の位置に蒸気を導入し、バーナ11に供給される高炉ガスの発熱量を低減する。【選択図】図1 |
