Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of reducing operation sound of an air conditioner leaked out of a machine room.SOLUTION: A building comprises a machine room 13 where an air conditioner 31 is installed and a corridor 12 adjacent to the machine room 13. A maintenance opening part 45 communicating the machine room 13 with the corridor 12 is provided with a door part 29. A ventilation part 48 is formed between a lower end part of the door part 29 and a floor surface 47. The air conditioner 31 takes air flowing from the corridor 12 into the machine room 13 through the ventilation part 48 to generate conditioned air so as to perform an air conditioning of the building under application of the conditioned air. A sound absorption panel 65 is arranged on the floor surface 47 of the machine room 13 so as to oppositely face against the door part 29 and cover the ventilation part 48 from the machine room 13. A ventilation passage 80 communicated with the ventilation part 48 is formed between the sound absorption panel 65 and the door part 29. Air at the corridor 12 flows into the ventilation passage 80 through the ventilation part 48 and taken into the machine room 13 through the ventilation passage 80.
【課題】機械室から漏れ出る空調装置の運転音を低減させることができる建物を提供する。【解決手段】建物は、空調装置31が設置された機械室13と、機械室13に隣接する廊下12とを備える。機械室13と廊下12とを連通するメンテナンス開口部45には扉部29が設けられ、扉部29の下端部と床面47との間には通気部48が形成されている。空調装置31は、通気部48を通じて廊下12から機械室13に流れ込む空気を取り込んで空調空気を生成し、その空調空気を用いて建物内の空調を行う。機械室13の床面47上には、扉部29と対向しかつ通気部48を機械室13側から覆うように吸音パネル65が設けられている。吸音パネル65と扉部29との間には、通気部48に通じる通気通路80が形成されている。廊下12の空気は通気部48を通じて通気通路80に流れ込み、その通気通路80を通じて機械室13に取り込まれる。【選択図】 図3 |
