Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material and an architectural heat insulation structure that have stable high heat insulation performance for a long period by improving adhesive strength between the vacuum heat insulation material and a hard polyurethane foam layer and maintaining adhesion.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material comprises a core material and a sheath film covering the core material, and its inside is subjected to vacuum sealing. The sheath film has at least three layer structure comprising a seal layer, a gas barrier layer and a protective layer. The protective layer is positioned on the outermost surface of the vacuum heat insulation material, and at least one surface has a surface-treatment surface. The wetting tension of the surface-treatment surface is 45-73 mN/m.
【課題】 本発明は、真空断熱材と現場発泡で形成された硬質ポリウレタンフォーム層との接着強度を向上させ、密着性を維持することで、高い断熱性能を長期にわたり安定的に有する真空断熱材及び建築用断熱構造を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明は、芯材、及び該芯材を被覆する外装フィルムとからなり、その内部が真空密閉された真空断熱材であって、前記外装フィルムが、シール層、ガスバリア層、保護層の少なくとも3層構造から構成され、前記保護層が、前記真空断熱材の最表面に位置し、かつ少なくとも一面が表面処理面を有し、当該表面処理面のぬれ張力が45〜73mN/mであることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1 |
