Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered tablet that can be produced conveniently, and suppresses the attachment of powder comprising loxoprofen to a pestle in tableting.SOLUTION: A layered tablet according to the present invention comprises an α layer comprising at least one (A) component selected from the group consisting of loxoprofen and salt thereof, and a layer comprising at least one (B) component selected from the group consisting of antacid (b1), and inorganic salt other than the antacid (b1). Preferably, the compounding ratio of the (A) component in the layer is lower than the compounding ratio of the (A) component in the α layer (A). 【課題】本発明は、より簡便に製造でき、ロキソプロフェンを含む粉体を打錠する際に生じる杵付着が抑えられた積層錠を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の積層錠は、ロキソプロフェン及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種以上の（Ａ）成分を含むα層と、制酸剤（ｂ１）、及び前記制酸剤（ｂ１）以外の無機塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種以上の（Ｂ）成分を含む層と、を有する。前記層中の（Ａ）成分の配合割合は前記α層中の（Ａ）成分の配合割合よりも少ないことが好ましい。【選択図】なし
