Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device capable of performing efficient folding processing by setting a time required for press-molding a folding position of a preceding sheet when continuously accumulating sheets and performing the folding processing in accordance with the progress of the accumulation of the subsequent sheets.SOLUTION: A pressurization time by pressurization means disposed on a paper discharge path between a folding processing unit and a paper discharge unit is set in accordance with a subsequent operation time from the time when subsequent sheets are accumulated in an accumulation unit until they are folded. A post-processing device comprises: a conveying path (12) for conveying the sheets; an accumulation unit (B1) for accumulating the sheets sent from the conveying path while separating the sheets into units; a folding processing unit (B2) for folding and processing sheet bundles in the accumulation unit; a paper discharge path (37) for transferring the folded sheets in the folding processing unit to a storage unit (B4) located on the downstream side; pressurization means (D) disposed on the paper discharge path for pressurizing the folded sheets; and control means (46) for controlling the pressurization time of the folded sheets by the pressurization means. 【課題】連続的にシートを集積して折り処理する際に先行するシートの折り目位置のプレス成形する時間を、後続するシートの集積に進度に応じて設定することにより効率的な折り処理が可能である後処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】折り処理部と排紙部との間の排紙経路に配置した加圧手段による加圧時間を、後続するシートが集積部に集積され折り処理されるまでの後続動作時間に応じて設定する。シートを搬送する搬送経路(12)と、搬送経路から送られたシートを部分け集積する集積部(B1)と、集積部のシート束を折り処理する折り処理部(B2)と、折り処理部の折りシートを下流側の収納部(B4)に移送する排紙経路(37)と、排紙経路に配置され折りシートをプレスする加圧手段(D)と、加圧手段による折りシートの加圧時間を制御する制御手段(46)とを備える。【選択図】図2
