Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material that has good productivity, can suppress cost, can ensure sufficient sealability, and can prevent explosion by degassing at the time when inner pressure and temperature of a battery case or the like formed of the packaging material are excessively increased.SOLUTION: A packaging material 1 of the present invention comprises a heat-resistant resin layer 2 as an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin layer 3 as an inner layer, and a metal foil layer 4 disposed between both layers. The thermoplastic resin layer 3 includes at least a mixed resin layer formed of a resin composition containing a first resin made of a polyolefin resin having a low melting point and high fluidity and a second resin made of a polyolefin resin having a high melting point and low fluidity.
【課題】生産性が良好で、コストを抑制でき、十分なシール性を確保できると共に、包装材で構成される電池ケース等の内圧と温度が過度に上昇したときにはガス抜きがなされて内圧上昇による包装材の破裂を防止できる包装材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の包装材1は、外側層としての耐熱性樹脂層2と、内側層としての熱可塑性樹脂層3と、これら両層間に配設された金属箔層4と、を含み、熱可塑性樹脂層3は、低融点で高流動のポリオレフィン樹脂からなる第1樹脂と、高融点で低流動のポリオレフィン樹脂からなる第2樹脂と、を含有した樹脂組成物で形成された混合樹脂層を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
