Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of an unnecessary supply and demand imbalance by performing control considering response delays of a plurality of power supply apparatuses.SOLUTION: An automatic frequency controller: periodically receives a measurement value measured in a power system and an output value showing output of each of a plurality of power supply apparatuses; calculates a supply and demand imbalance of the power system on the basis of the measurement value; calculates a corrected supply and demand imbalance by correcting the supply and demand imbalance on the basis of a stored instruction value and output values; calculates a distribution value for each of the plurality of power supply apparatuses by distributing the corrected supply and demand imbalance to the plurality of power supply apparatuses on the basis of a distribution ratio; calculates an instruction value by adding the distribution value to the output value for each of the plurality of power supply apparatuses; and transmits the calculated instruction value to each of the plurality of power supply apparatuses.
【課題】複数の電力供給装置の応答遅れを考慮して制御することにより、不要な需給アンバランスの発生を低減する。【解決手段】自動周波数制御装置は、電力系統において測定された測定値と、複数の電力供給装置のそれぞれの出力を示す出力値とを定期的に受信し、測定値に基づいて電力系統の需給アンバランスを算出し、記憶された指令値および出力値に基づいて需給アンバランスを補正することにより補正需給アンバランスを算出し、配分比率に基づいて補正需給アンバランスを複数の電力供給装置へ配分することにより複数の電力供給装置のそれぞれの配分値を算出し、複数の電力供給装置のそれぞれに対し出力値に配分値を加えることにより指令値を算出し、複数の電力供給装置のそれぞれへ算出された指令値を送信する。【選択図】図1 |
