Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a slip transmission side to easily create a slip with a two-dimensional code in a united format with an inexpensive cost burden of a slip reception side and enabling the slip reception side to greatly improving the efficiency of a slip data input to a computer.SOLUTION: A spreadsheet system of the slip reception side creates a slip form with a two-dimensional barcode function, a slip form with a function name changed by encrypting a portion of the function is delivered to the slip transmission side, and the slip transmission side creates a slip with a two-dimensional barcode on the basis of the slip form. 【課題】伝票受領側の安価な費用負担で、伝票発送側で簡単に２次元バーコード付きの統一された様式の伝票が作成可能で、伝票受領側でコンピュータへの伝票データ入力を大きく効率化できるシステムを提供する【解決手段】伝票受領側の表計算システムで２次元バーコード関数付きの伝票フォームを作成し、関数の一部を暗号化して関数名を変えた伝票フォームを伝票発送側に配付し、伝票発送側で伝票フォームを元に２次元バーコード付き伝票を作成する【選択図】図１
