Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave receiving type piezoelectric element capable of coping with conflicting actions of d, d, dwith a simple structure by using a piezoelectric body having an appropriate thickness and improving wave receiving sensitivity.SOLUTION: A wave receiving type piezoelectric element 10 includes: a piezoelectric body 12 formed in a curve surface; and a positive electrode 15a and a negative electrode 15b respectively disposed on both surfaces of the piezoelectric body 12. The wave receiving type piezoelectric element 10 is formed from a solid 10' enclosed by the curve surface. The curve surface forms a whole or a part of the solid 10'. A space is formed on an inner surface side of the curve surface. The solid 10' is a closed solid.
【課題】適切な厚さを有する圧電体を用い、簡単な構造でd31、d32、d33の相反する作用に対処でき、その上で受波感度を向上させることができる受波型圧電素子を得ること。【解決手段】本願の受波型圧電素子は、受波型圧電素子10であって;曲面に形成された圧電体12と;圧電体12の両面にそれぞれ配置された正の電極15aと負の電極15bとを備え;受波型圧電素子10が、前記曲面で囲まれた立体10'から形成され、前記曲面が、立体10'の全部または一部表面を形成し、前記曲面の内表面側には空間が形成され、立体10'が、閉じた立体である。【選択図】図1 |
