Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of suppressing occurrence of malfunction on a control board.SOLUTION: A recording device has a main board 11A and a sub board 11B that communicate information to each other, enables the information transmission from the main board 11A to the sub board 11B while the information reception from the main board 11A to the sub board 11B is enabled, and enables the information transmission from the sub board 11B to the main board 11A while the information reception from the sub board 11B to the main board 11A is enabled. 【課題】制御基板が誤作動を生じることを抑制できる記録装置を提供する。【解決手段】記録装置は、情報を相互に通信するメイン基板１１Ａ及びサブ基板１１Ｂを有し、メイン基板１１Ａからサブ基板１１Ｂへの情報の受信が有効とされている間はメイン基板１１Ａからサブ基板１１Ｂへの情報の送信を有効にするとともに、サブ基板１１Ｂからメイン基板１１Ａへの情報の受信が有効とされている間はサブ基板１１Ｂからメイン基板１１Ａへの情報の送信を有効にする。【選択図】図１
