PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for setting or the like by which an electronic apparatus can be easily operated as intended by a user and user friendliness is improved in comparison with the prior arts.SOLUTION: The system is disclosed for a drive recorder 1 which operates on the basis of setting information read out of an SD card, and includes a function for storing the setting information in the SD card. The system includes a function for storing in the SD card setting information for at least one drive recorder 1 in setting information for a plurality of different types of drive recorders. The system also includes a function for reading model identification information stored in the SD card and displaying a setting screen for a model identified by the model identification information. 【課題】従来に比べ、ユーザーが意図したとおりに電子機器を動作させることが容易にでき、使い勝手がよい設定用のシステム等を提供する。【解決手段】ＳＤカードから読みだした設定情報に基づき動作するドライブレコーダ１のための、設定情報をＳＤカードに記憶させる機能を備えるシステムであり、複数の異なる機種のドライブレコーダ用の設定情報のうち少なくとも１のドライブレコーダ１用の設定情報をＳＤカードに記憶させる機能を備えている。ＳＤカードに記憶された機種識別情報を読み取り、当該機種識別情報によって特定される機種用の設定画面を表示する機能を備える。【選択図】図５
