Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a photosensitive layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor by using bisphenol-A-polycarbonate produced by a continuous process by a melting method, as well as using a non-halogen solvent, and thereby, to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that reduces loads on a human body and an environment and is advantageous from the viewpoint of costs.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer, and the method includes: a step of preparing a resin composition by melting and kneading a polycarbonate resin (A) having a structural unit represented by a specific structure, produced by a transesterification reaction of a carbonic diester and an aromatic dihydroxy compound, and a polycarbonate resin (B) having a structural unit represented by a specific structure different from the resin (A); a step of preparing a coating liquid for forming a photosensitive layer, which comprises the above resin composition, by using a non-halogen solvent; and a step of forming a photosensitive layer by using the coating liquid for forming a photosensitive layer.
【課題】溶融法による連続製法で製造されたビスフェノール−A−ポリカーボネートを用いつつ、非ハロゲン溶媒使用により電子写真感光体の感光層を形成し、人体及び環境への負荷も少なく、コスト的にも有利な電子写真感光体を提供する。【解決手段】感光層を有する電子写真感光体を製造する電子写真感光体の製造方法において、製造方法が、炭酸ジエステルと芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物とのエステル交換反応によって生成する、特定構造で表される構造単位を有するポリカーボネート樹脂(A)及び(A)と異なる特定構造で表される構造単位を有するポリカーボネート樹脂(B)を溶融混練して樹脂組成物を調製する工程、非ハロゲン溶媒を用いて、樹脂組成物を含有する感光層形成用塗布液を調製する工程、感光層形成用塗布液を用いて感光層を形成する工程、を有する。【選択図】なし |
