CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOUNDATION WORK AND TERMITE PREVENTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate termite prevention treatment at a boundary portion between a rising part of a foundation and an earth floor, and to shorten a construction period of foundation work as a whole.SOLUTION: In foundation work, there are arranged a process for constructing a cloth foundation 1 having a rising part 1a which is erected along a vertical direction, a process for constructing an earth floor 2 which adjoins the rising part 1a, and a process for arranging a solid termite prevention body 3 having termite prevention performance at a position which adjoins the rising part 1a. In the process for constructing the earth floor 2, concrete is placed in a space constituting the earth floor 2, and after that, the concrete is solidified. The process for arranging the termite prevention body 3 is performed prior to the solidification of the concrete which forms an upper layer portion of the earth floor 2 to a prescribed level, and also performed so that an upper end face of the termite prevention body 3 and an upper end face of the earth floor 2 continue to each other. 【課題】基礎の立ち上がり部と土間床との境界位置における防蟻処理を簡易なものとし、基礎工事全体の工期の短縮化を図る。【解決手段】基礎工事において、鉛直方向に沿って立ち上がった立ち上がり部１ａを有する布基礎１を構築する工程、立ち上がり部１ａに隣接する土間床２を構築する工程と、防蟻性を有する固形状の防蟻体３を、立ち上がり部１ａと隣接する位置に配置する工程と、を有する。また、土間床２を構築する工程では、土間床２を構築する空間にコンクリートを打設してから、コンクリートを硬化させる。また、防蟻体３を配置する工程は、土間床２の上層部分を成すコンクリートが所定の硬度まで硬化する時点よりも前に行われ、かつ、該時点において防蟻体３の上端面と土間床２の上端面とが連続するように行われる。【選択図】図４
