Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the long cooling time due to a cold runner method and the waste of a runner portion resin, and achieve manufacturing efficiency while realizing inclination prevention of a core pin as well as uneven thickness prevention of a molded article when forming a cylindrical member for a writing instrument by injection molding.SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 10 for a writing instrument exhibits a hollow cylindrical shape in which one end is closed and the other end is opened. An end part of the one end is formed as a recess 11 that is recessed in a direction of the other end. An end part of an interior space 15 of the one end is formed as a projection 16 that projects in the direction of the other end corresponding to the recess 11. A boss 13 projecting from the center of the recess 11 in a direction of the one end is formed. 【課題】筒状の筆記具用の部材を射出成形により形成する際、コアピンの傾き防止及び成形品の偏肉防止を実現しつつ、コールドランナー方式による長い冷却時間やランナー部分樹脂の無駄を省き、製造の効率化を図る。【解決手段】一端が閉鎖し、他端が解放した中空筒状を呈する筆記具用筒状部材10であって、前記一端の端部は前記他端方向へ陥没した凹部11として形成され、前記一端における内部空間15の端部は前記凹部11と対応して他端方向へ突出した凸部16として形成され、前記凹部11の中心から前記一端方向へ突出するボス13が形成されている。【選択図】図4
