FILTER MEDIUM AND FILTER ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium which is easily mounted to a holding member and whose filtration performance can be prevented from degrading unintentionally when mounted to the holding member, and to provide a filter element in which the filtration performance of the filter medium is prevented from degrading unintentionally.SOLUTION: The filter medium of the present invention has a cut serving as a guide when mounting the filter medium to a fixed portion of a holding member, so that the filter medium is easily mounted to the holding member. Also, even if the fixed portion of the holding member is inserted into the cut of the filter medium and the filter medium is mounted to the holding member, a gap formed between the cut of the filter medium and the fixed portion can be suppressed to a minimum size, so that the filtration performance can be prevented from degrading unintentionally. Then, the filter element of the present invention is obtained by mounting the filter medium to the holding member having the fixed portion to be inserted into the cut of the filter medium, so that the filtration performance can be prevented from degrading unintentionally. 【課題】保持部材への装着が容易であると共に、保持部材に装着した際に濾過性能が意図せず低下するのを防止できる濾材、および、濾材の濾過性能が意図せず低下するのを防止したフィルタエレメントの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の濾材は、保持部材の固定部分に濾材を装着する際のガイドとなる切込みを有しているため、保持部材への装着が容易である。また、保持部材の固定部分を濾材の切込みへ挿入して保持部材に濾材を装着した場合であっても、濾材の切込みと固定部分の間に形成される隙間を最小限の大きさに抑えることができるため、濾過性能が意図せず低下するのを防止できる。そして、本発明のフィルタエレメントは、濾材の切込みへ挿入する固定部分を有する保持部材に濾材を装着したフィルタエレメントであるため、濾過性能が意図せず低下するのを防止できる。【選択図】 図1
