PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic apparatus for diagnosing a suction force of a suction device for installing a device for estimating an amount of water immersion on a power device, and a diagnostic apparatus for diagnosing the functions of a heater and a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A diagnostic apparatus 1 has a suction cup for being sucked to a power device on the basis of a suction force of a suction device, a device for estimating an amount of water immersion for estimating an amount of water immersion of the power device in a state of being mounted on the power device by the suction cup is mounted to be diagnosed instead of the power device, and a suction hole 145 is provided at a position facing the suction cup.
