Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an exhaust air circulating utilization type safety cabinet suitable for improvement of preventing leakage of germs and the like and energy saving, in which air discharged out of the safety cabinet is utilized as barrier air.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted of: a safety cabinet main body 51 for supplying clean supply air to a working space 53 through a HEPA filter (high-efficiency particulate air filter) 54 for supply air, sucking the air in the working space again by a blower 56 and circulating it, discharging its part out of the working space to keep the working space under negative pressure; and a discharged air circulating unit having a discharged air take-in port 9 for taking in air discharged from the safety cabinet main body through the HEPA filter 55 for discharged air and having a discharged air blowing-out port 10 for blowing out air taken in from the discharged air take-in port at a lower surface front part. Air descending along a shutter at the safety cabinet main body front surface is sucked into the working space and the air is circulated and utilized as barrier air for preventing air in the working space from leaking out of it.
【課題】細菌等の漏れ出し防止の向上、および省力化に好適な安全キャビネットであって、前記安全キャビネットから排出される空気をバリア空気として利用する排気の循環利用型安全キャビネットを得る。【解決手段】作業空間53へ給気用HEPAフィルタ54を介して清浄給気を供給し、作業空間の空気を再び送風機56により吸引して循環させ、その一部を外部に排出することで作業空間が負圧に維持る安全キャビネット本体51と、前記安全キャビネット本体から排気用HEPAフィルタ55を介して排出された空気を取り込む排気取込口9を備え、下面前部に前記排気取込口から取り込まれた空気を下方に吹き出す排気吹出口10を設けてなる排気還流ユニットとで構成され、前記安全キャビネット本体前面のシャッターに沿って下降する空気が、作業空間内に吸引されることによって、作業空間の空気が漏出するのを防止するバリア空気として循環利用される。【選択図】図9 |
