METHOD FOR REDUCING INDOOR CIRCULATING FILTERED AIR BLOWING AMOUNT BY USING PARTIAL EXHAUST GAS CIRCULATING UTILIZATION TYPE SAFETY CABINET AND CLEAN ROOM REDUCING INDOOR CIRCULATION AIR BLOWING AMOUNT KEEPING CLEANLINESS BY USING PARTIAL EXHAUST GAS CIRCULATING UTILIZATION TYPE SAFETY CABINET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing circulating filtered air blowing amount by using discharged air of a partial exhaust gas circulating utilization type safety cabinet so as to reduce a blowing amount of circulating filtered air supplied from outdoor by flowing in fresh air discharged while being filtered by a filter from the partial exhaust gas circulating utilization type safety cabinet without producing any turbulent flow or ascending air flow at indoor area where the safety cabinet is installed, and a clean room reducing indoor circulation air blowing amount keeping cleanliness by using partial exhaust gas circulating utilization type safety cabinet.SOLUTION: This invention utilizes discharged air of a safety cabinet for reducing a circulating filtered blowing air amount supplied from outdoor area by air blown out of an exhaust gas circulation unit comprising a lower blowing-out port installed on the safety cabinet so as to take-in air discharged out of the safety cabinet and to blow out the taken-in air downwardly along a front surface of the safety cabinet and a front blowing-out port for blowing out the taken-in air into a room having the safety cabinet installed therein. 【課題】排気の一部循環利用型安全キャビネットからフィルタにより濾過されて排出される清浄な空気を、安全キャビネットが設置された室内に乱流や上昇気流を生じさせないように流入して利用することにより、室外から供給される循環濾過空気の風量を低減する排気の一部循環利用型安全キャビネットの排出空気を利用した循環濾過空気風量の低減方法及び同排気の一部循環利用型安全キャビネットの利用で清浄度維持室内循環風量を低減したクリーンルームを得る。【解決手段】安全キャビネット上に配置され、安全キャビネットから排出された空気を取り込み、取り込んだ空気を安全キャビネットの前面に沿って下方に吹き出す下方吹出口と、取り込んだ空気を安全キャビネット設置室内へ吹き出す前方吹出口とを設けた排気環流ユニットの前方吹出口から吹き出される空気によって、室外から供給される循環濾過空気風量を削減する安全キャビネットの排出空気を利用する。【選択図】図１
