CONTAINER VALVE WITH PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR FILLING OR SUPPLYING FLUID UNDER APPLICATION OF CONTAINER VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjusting function by a simple and convenient configuration, enable a prescribed pressure or flow rate adjustment to be carried out in correspondence with object of use and assure a positive seal at a gas flow passage without being contacted with surrounding atmosphere.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a container valve 10 installed at an opening part 2 of a pressure container 20 so as to fill fluid into the pressure container 20 and supply filled fluid. The container valve 10 comprises the first connecting flow passage L1 with a connected part 3 to be connected to an external piping 30 being applied as one end and having the first opening or closing valve 11 installed in the flow passage; a supply flow passage L2 with one end being connected to the other end of the first connecting flow passage L1 and having a pressure adjusting part 12 installed at the flow passage; a filling flow passage L3 with one end being connected to the other end of the first connecting flow passage L1 and having the second opening or closing valve 13 installed at the flow passage; and the second connecting flow passage L4 with one end being connected to either an opening part 3 of the pressure container 20 or inside part of the pressure container 20 and having the other end connected to the other end of the supply flow passage L2 and the other end of the filling flow passage L3. 【課題】 簡便な構成で圧力調整機能を有し、使用目的に対応した所定の圧力や流量調整が可能で、外気との接触なくガス流通路の確実なシールを確保すること。【解決手段】 圧力容器２０の開口部２に取付けられ、圧力容器２０内部への流体の充填および充填された流体の供給を担う容器弁１０であって、外部配管３０と接続される接続部３を一端とし、流路中に第１開閉弁１１が配設された第１接続流路Ｌ１と、一端が第１接続流路Ｌ１の他端と接続され、流路中に圧力調整部１２が配設された供給流路Ｌ２と、一端が第１接続流路Ｌ１の他端と接続され、流路中に第２開閉弁１３が配設された充填流路Ｌ３と、一端が圧力容器２０の開口部３または容器内部２０と接続され、他端が供給流路Ｌ２の他端および充填流路Ｌ３の他端と接続される第２接続流路Ｌ４と、を有する。【選択図】 図１
