Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system capable of preventing an air contaminant such as dust from an ambient space and an operator from being caught on a patient side, and providing an optimum thermal environment to the operator and the patient.SOLUTION: A central blowout unit 11 is arranged above a patient area in an operation room 1, and a peripheral blowout unit 13 is arranged above an operator area adjacent to the periphery of the patient area respectively. Central blowout air 21 is blown out from the central blowout unit 11 to the patient area, and peripheral blowout air 23 is blown out from the peripheral blowout unit 13 to the operator area. The velocity of the central blowout air 21 is made greater than the velocity of the peripheral blowout air 23, and the temperature of the central blowout air 21 is made higher than the temperature of the peripheral blowout air 23. 【課題】周囲空間および術者からの粉塵など空気汚染物質の患者側への巻き込みを防止するととともに、術者と患者に最適な温熱環境を与える空調システムを提供する。【解決手段】手術室1の患者領域の上方に中央吹出ユニット11を、患者領域の周囲に隣接する術者領域の上方に周囲吹出ユニット13をそれぞれ設け、中央吹出ユニット11から患者領域に向かって中央吹出空気21を吹き出し、周囲吹出ユニット13から術者領域に向かって周囲吹出空気23を吹き出す。中央吹出空気21の速度を、周囲吹出空気23の速度より大きく、中央吹出空気21の温度を、周囲吹出空気23の温度より高くする。【選択図】図2
