DRAFT RESISTANCE EVALUATION DEVICE AND DRAFT RESISTANCE EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device and an evaluation method, which enable simple evaluation of draft resistance of a radiator plate subjected to simple application of a surface treatment agent.SOLUTION: A draft resistance evaluation device includes: a temperature control unit which comprises a jacket for arranging radiator plates in parallel via a clearance and supporting them, and which heats and cools the radiator plate by circulating a temperature-controlled fluid through the jacket along a face direction of the radiator plate; a blower fan that sends air into the clearance between the radiator plates; a cylindrical body for housing the radiator plate; a pressure sensor for measuring pressure before and after passage through the clearance; and a data collecting unit for recording a measured value measured by the pressure sensor. 【課題】簡易に表面処理剤を施した放熱板の通風抵抗を簡易に評価可能な評価装置及び評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】放熱板を隙間を介して平行に配置させ支持するジャケットを備え、放熱板の面方向に沿ってジャケットに温度調整された流体を循環させ放熱板を加熱及び冷却する温調ユニットと、放熱板間の隙間に送風する送風ファンと、放熱板を収容する筒体と、隙間を通過する前後の圧力を測定する圧力センサーと、圧力センサーによる測定値を記録するデータ収集ユニットと、を有する通風抵抗評価装置。【選択図】図１
