PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage capable of securing durability, a rolling bearing, and a dental handpiece.SOLUTION: An annular cage 60 rollably holds a plurality of rolling elements 50, which are arranged between outer and inner rings 31 and 36, in the state of uniformly disposing them in a circumferential direction.
