PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for 8K video display which is small-sized and low-priced.SOLUTION: The display device for 8K super high-vision video display includes: four 4K display parts which define four 4K signals corresponding to a pixel arrangement of a 8K signal as input signals; a magnification lens for magnifying video images outputted from the four 4K display parts; a mask part through which 1/4 pixel blocks at different positions are transmitted in a pixel block divided in a preset region with respect to each video image magnified by the magnification lens; a half mirror which combines signals transmitted through the mask part so as not to overlap them; and an output part which outputs a signal corresponding to the number of 8K pixels combined by the half mirror. 【課題】小型化及び低廉化を実現した８Ｋ映像表示用の表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】８Ｋのスーパーハイビジョン映像を表示する表示装置において、８Ｋ信号の画素配列に対応する４つの４Ｋ信号を入力信号とする４つの４Ｋ表示部と、前記４つの４Ｋ表示部から出力されるそれぞれの映像を拡大する拡大レンズと、前記拡大レンズにより拡大されたそれぞれの映像に対し、予め設定された領域で区切られた画素ブロックのうち、位置の異なる１／４画素ブロックを透過するマスク部と、前記マスク部を透過した信号のそれぞれが重ならないように合成するハーフミラーと、前記ハーフミラーにより合成された８Ｋの画素数に相当する信号を出力する出力部とを有することにより、上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図３
