In step S7, the peak of the photo-detection value of each photo-detection element is corrected in the direction of time on the basis of a correction value that is set for each photo-detection element. In step S8, an object is detected on the basis of the corrected peak of photo-detection value of each photo-detection element. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a laser radar device for vehicles.
【課題】より検出精度の高いレーザレーダ装置を実現する。【解決手段】ステップS3において、各受光素子からの受光信号のサンプリングが行われ、受光値が測定される。ステップS6において、各受光素子の受光値のピーク検出が行われる。ステップS7において、受光素子毎に設定されている補正量に基づいて、各受光素子の受光値のピークの時間方向の補正が行われる。ステップS8において、補正後の各受光素子の受光値のピークに基づいて、物体の検出が行われる。本発明は、例えば、車両用のレーザレーダ装置に適用できる。【選択図】図6 |
