Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accurately, in an ultrasonic sensor, a received signal resulting from the reflection wave of a received wave even when the reflection wave from an object to be located is received while a reverberation signal still exists.SOLUTION: A wave transmission drive unit transmits a drive signal 11 modulated by binary phase-shift keying, and a phase pattern detection unit detects a phase change of a prescribed pattern in the signal after being amplified by an amplification unit. Here, a reverberation signal resulting from the free oscillation of an oscillator is constant in frequency and phase. Accordingly, when the phase change of the prescribed pattern is detected by the phase pattern detection unit, the received signal concerned includes a received signal 14 resulting from a reflection wave (including two phases). Furthermore, by turning the phase change pattern detected by the phase pattern detection unit into a phase change pattern assumed to result from binary phase-shift keying, it is made possible to detect accurately a phase change resulting from the received reflection wave, and, hence, to detect accurately the received signal resulting from the reflection wave.
【課題】超音波センサにおいて、残響信号が残っている間に、検知対象物からの反射波を受波した場合でも、受波した反射波に起因する受信信号を正確に検出する。【解決手段】送波駆動部が、2位相偏移変調した駆動信号11を送信して、位相パターン検出部が、増幅部による増幅後の信号における、所定のパターンの位相の変化を検出するようにした。ここで、振動子の自由振動に起因する残響信号は、周波数と位相が一定である。従って、位相パターン検出部が、所定のパターンの位相の変化を検出したときには、その受信信号は、(2つの位相を含む)反射波に起因する受信信号14を含むということになる。さらに、位相パターン検出部により検出される位相の変化のパターンを、2位相偏移変調に起因していると思われる位相の変化のパターンにすることにより、受波した反射波に起因する位相の変化を正確に検出できるので、反射波に起因する受信信号を正確に検出できる。【選択図】図2 |
