ENTRANCE/EXIT MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management device which guides an evacuee in an appropriate direction during fire evacuation.SOLUTION: An entrance/exist management device comprises: a plurality of habitable rooms A and B and a plurality of stair cases 1A and 1B constructed in a building 1; and a plurality of heat detectors 6A and 6B and a plurality of smoke detectors 7A and 7B installed on ceilings of respective floors. The entrance/exist management device: determines necessities to unlock electric keys 2A4 to 3B4 of doors on the basis of ID cards read by card readers 2A to 3B installed close to the doors of the habitable rooms A and B; and lights LEDs 2A3 to 3B3 of the card readers 2A to 3B depending on the necessities to unlock. The entrance/exist management device also has: evacuation stair case setting means 9, 12, 12A and 13 which sets the stair cases 1A and 1B as evacuation stairs on respective floors when any of the plurality of heat detectors 6A and 6B and the plurality of smoke detectors 7A and 7B is activated; and unlock setting means 9, 12, 12A, 12B and 13 which set whether or not respective electric keys 2A4 to 3B4 are allowed to be unlocked on the basis of the stair cases 1A and 1B on respective floors set as the evacuation stairs by the evacuation stair case setting means 9, 12, 12A and 13. 【課題】火災発生時の避難の際，適切な避難方向に誘導する入退室管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物１に設けられる複数の居室Ａ，Ｂと，複数の階段室１Ａ，１Ｂと，各階天井に設けられる複数の熱感知器６Ａ，６Ｂ及び煙感知器７Ａ，７Ｂとを有し，居室Ａ，Ｂのドアの近傍に設けたカードリーダ２Ａ〜３Ｂが読み込んだＩＤカードに対し，ドアの電気錠２Ａ４〜３Ｂ４の解錠の要否を指令し，解錠の要否に応じてカードリーダ２Ａ〜３ＢのＬＥＤ２Ａ３〜３Ｂ３を点灯させるようにした入退室管理装置において，複数の熱感知器６Ａ，６Ｂ及び煙感知器７Ａ，７Ｂのいずれかが動作すると，各階における避難階段とする階段室１Ａ，１Ｂを設定する避難階段室設定手段９，１２，１２Ａ，１３と，避難階段室設定手段９，１２，１２Ａ，１３で設定された各階の階段室１Ａ，１Ｂに基づき，各階のドアに設けられる電気錠２Ａ４〜３Ｂ４に対し，解錠及び解錠不能を設定する解錠設定手段９，１２，１２Ａ，１２Ｂ，１３を設けた。【選択図】図１
