TRANSFER DEVICE USING BOGIE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device using a bogie which can form a work floor which continues in a band shape along a constant traveling route.SOLUTION: A transfer device using a bogie is constituted in such a manner that a circular bogie 9 is rotatably connected to one end of a work support bogie 8 in a fore-and-aft direction by a vertical support shaft 17, and the circular bogie 9 and the work support bogie 8 can travel while adjoining each other between transfer traveling bodies 4 which adjoin each other on a traveling route. A concave part which can relatively and rotatably fit to a vertical support shaft 17 of the circular bogie 9 at the transfer traveling body 4 adjoining an end part side is formed at the end part of a connecting member 14 which is arranged at the work support bogie 8, and a guide rail 35 for guiding only the circular bogie 9 of the transfer traveling body 4 via a pair of fore-and-aft guide rollers which are arranged at the circular bogie 9 is laid at a horizontal turn route part 3 in the traveling route. 【課題】一定走行経路に沿って帯状に連続する作業床を形成することの出来る台車利用の搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】円形台車９がワーク支持台車８の前後の一端に垂直支軸１７により自転可能に連結され、走行経路上において前後に隣接する搬送用走行体４間では、円形台車９とワーク支持台車８とが互いに隣接して走行出来るように構成された台車利用の搬送装置において、ワーク支持台車８に設けられた連結部材１４の端部に、この端部側に隣接する搬送用走行体４における円形台車９の前記垂直支軸１７に対し相対回転自在に嵌合可能な凹入部が設けられ、走行経路中の水平ターン経路部３には、搬送用走行体４の円形台車９のみを、当該円形台車９に設けられた前後一対のガイドローラーを介して案内するガイドレール３５が敷設された構成。【選択図】図１
