Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of side sills, secure a load path in a vehicle side collision, and reduce the number of components in a vehicle body lower part structure of a vehicle in which a tie-down hole is provided at each side sill.SOLUTION: Each side sill 3 has a closed cross section shape. A tie-down hole 23 with which a tie-down hook is engaged is formed at a bottom wall part 19d of a side sill inner 19. A bracket body 27 of a reinforcement bracket 25 which reinforces a tie-down hole 23 peripheral part is provided at the tie-down hole 23 peripheral part on the bottom wall part 19d. Partition walls 33, 35 which extend from the bracket body 27 to the upper side and partition an inner space of the side sill 3 in a vehicle fore and aft direction are provided in each side sill 3. The front side partition wall 35 is joined to a portion of a vertical wall part 19b of the side sill inner 19 which corresponds to a cross member 17.
【課題】サイドシルにタイダウンホールが設けられた車両の車体下部構造において、部品点数を抑制しつつ、サイドシルの剛性向上及び車両側突時におけるロードパスの確保の両立を図る。【解決手段】各サイドシル3は、閉断面形状をなし、サイドシルインナ19の底壁部19dには、タイダウンフックが係止されるタイダウンホール23が形成され、底壁部19d上におけるタイダウンホール23周辺部には、タイダウンホール23周辺部を補強する補強ブラケット25のブラケット本体27が設けられ、サイドシル3内には、ブラケット本体27から上方に延びてサイドシル3内を車両前後方向に仕切る仕切壁33,35が設けられ、前側仕切壁35は、サイドシルインナ19の縦壁部19bのクロスメンバ17対応箇所に接合されている。【選択図】図8 |
