DECELLULARIZED TISSUE PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing decellularized tissue, that has a less damage to the tissue.SOLUTION: When an animal-derived tissue is decellularized with surface-active agent, the damage to the tissue is large, however by cleaning with a cleaning fluid containing surface-active agent after applying a hydrostatic-pressure in a medium, a decellularized tissue with less damage can be produced. By this method, decellularized tissues with less damage can be produced, and in particular, a decellularized tissue with less damage of a large organ such as a heart, liver, kidney, lung, or the like which is difficult to be produced conventionally can be obtained. 【課題】組織に対するダメージが少ない脱細胞化組織を製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】界面活性剤より動物由来組織を脱細胞した場合には、組織へのダメージが大きいが、媒体中で静水圧を印加してから、界面活性剤を含有する洗浄液により洗浄することにより、ダメージの少ない脱細胞組織が製造できるようになる。本発明により、ダメージの少ない脱細胞組織が製造でき、特に、従来製造が困難だった心臓、肝臓、腎臓、肺等の大型臓器のダメージの少ない脱細胞組織が得られるようになる。【選択図】なし
