The active elements include at least one of a reset element 120 for resetting the photoelectric conversion element 110, an amplification element 130 for amplifying a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110, and a selection element 140 for selectively outputting a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110.
