The active elements include at least one of a reset element 120 for resetting the photoelectric conversion element 110, an amplification element 130 for amplifying a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110, and a selection element 140 for selectively outputting a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110. The photoelectric conversion element 110 and at least a part of the active elements are formed using the same organic semiconductor material or the same polymer functional material. 【課題】素子の構造、および製造工程を簡素化し、製造コストを低減する。【解決手段】光電変換素子１１０と、能動素子とを有する受光装置であって、上記能動素子は、上記光電変換素子１１０をリセットするリセット素子１２０、上記光電変換素子１１０に基づく検出信号を増幅する増幅素子１３０、および上記光電変換素子１１０に基づく検出信号を選択的に出力する選択素子１４０のうちの少なくとも１つを含み、上記光電変換素子１１０と、上記能動素子の少なくとも一部とが、同一の有機半導体材料、または高分子機能材料を用いて形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
