Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that is excellent in charging stability during a large number of printouts, in particular, stability in the amount of charge under high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner having toner particles containing a binder resin and a charge control resin, The charge control resin is a polymer including a unit derived from 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonate and a unit derived from an electron donative compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group, and a molar% ratio of the unit derived from 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonate to the unit derived from an electron donative compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group is 1.0 or more and 10.0 or less. 【課題】多数枚のプリントアウト時における帯電の安定性、特に、高温高湿下での帯電量の安定性に優れたトナーを提供する。【解決手段】結着樹脂と帯電制御樹脂とを含有するトナー粒子を有するトナーにおいて、該帯電制御樹脂が、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸由来のユニットと重合性の不飽和基を有する電子供与性化合物由来のユニットを含む重合体であり、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸由来のユニットと重合性の不飽和基を有する電子供与性化合物由来のユニットのmol%比が1.0以上10.0以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
