Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of facilitating removal of a filter provided in an air passage while suppressing water leakage from an opening formed on a casing.SOLUTION: A heat exchange ventilator of this invention includes: a casing 2 formed in a box shape, and having an exhaust air passage and an air supply passage formed in an inside thereof; a heat exchange element exchanging heat between an exhaust air flow and an air supply flow; a component 33 closing an opening of the casing 2; an exhaust filter provided in the exhaust air passage; and a filter unit 9 holding the exhaust filter. The opening of the casing 2 is formed in a position including a region below the heat exchange element, a filter insertion port 2d into which the filter unit 9 can be inserted is formed in the component 33 at a position away from the region below the heat exchange element, and the filter unit 9 is inserted into the filter insertion port 2d so as to be attached to the component, and thereby, the exhaust filter is provided on the upstream side of the heat exchange element in the exhaust air passage.
【課題】ケーシングに形成された開口からの水漏れを抑制しつつ、風路内に設けられたフィルタの取出しの容易を図ることのできる熱交換換気装置を得ること。【解決手段】本発明は、箱体形状を呈し、排気風路と、給気風路と、が内部に形成されたケーシング2と、排気流と給気流との間で熱交換させる熱交換素子と、ケーシング2の開口を塞ぐ構成部材33と、排気風路に設けられた排気フィルタと、排気フィルタを保持するフィルタユニット9と、を備え、ケーシング2の開口は、熱交換素子の下方となる領域を含んだ位置に形成され、構成部材33には、熱交換素子の下方となる領域を避けた位置に、フィルタユニット9を挿入可能なフィルタ挿入口2dが形成され、フィルタ挿入口2dに挿入してフィルタユニット9を構成部材に取り付けることで、排気フィルタが排気風路における熱交換素子よりも上流側に設けられる。【選択図】図12 |
