FOREST TYPE ANALYSIS APPARATUS, FOREST TYPE ANALYSIS METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create a forest type division map by using aerial photographic images and airborne laser measurement data in parallel.SOLUTION: A laser measurement data analysis section 20 includes feature amount image creation means, which obtains predetermined one or a plurality of types of division feature amount for each measurement point, on the basis of airborne laser measurement data 30 acquired by scanning a target region including a forest, and creates a feature amount image of the target region in which a pixel value is the division feature amount. A forest type division creation section 24 divides the target region into a plurality of regions in the feature amount image, on the basis of similarities in the division feature amount, and creates forest type divisions. The laser measurement data analysis section 20 and an aerial photographic image analysis section 22 obtain predetermined one or a plurality of types of forest type feature amount, on the basis of aerial photographic images of the target region captured from the sky and the airborne laser measurement data 30. A forest type division determination section 26 identifies the forest type in each forest type division, on the basis of the forest type feature amount in each forest type division. 【課題】空中撮影画像と航空レーザ計測データとを併用して林相区分図を自動作成する。【解決手段】レーザ計測データ解析部２０は、森林を含む対象地域をスキャンして取得した航空レーザ計測データ３０に基づき、予め定められた１又は複数種類の区画用特徴量を各計測地点について求め、区画用特徴量を画素値とする対象地域の特徴量画像を生成する特徴量画像生成手段を有する。林相区画生成部２４は、区画用特徴量の類似性に基づいて特徴量画像上にて対象地域を複数領域に分割して林相区画を生成する。レーザ計測データ解析部２０及び空中撮影画像解析部２２は対象地域を上空から撮影した空中撮影画像及び航空レーザ計測データ３０に基づき、予め定められた１又は複数種類の林相特徴量を求める。林相区分決定部２６は林相区画ごとの林相特徴量に基づいて、林相区画における林相を判別する。【選択図】図１
