PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in plant arrangement.SOLUTION: An equipment support structure comprises: a substrate 101 on which equipment 52 connected to plant arrangement is supported; a seismic isolator 110 provided between a floor G and the substrate 101; a fixed base 2 fixed to the floor G and arranged around the substrate 101; and a fixing device 1 including a contact part 3, attached to one of the substrate 101 and the fixed base 2, provided to be movable forward or backward with respect to the other, restricting movement of the substrate 101 by the seismic isolator 110 when the fixing device 1 moves forward, and allowing the movement of the substrate 101 by the seismic isolator 110 when the fixing device 1 moves backward. 【課題】プラント設備における安全性の向上を可能とすること。【解決手段】プラント設備に接続される機器５２が支持される基板１０１と、床Ｇ側と基板１０１との間に設けられる免震装置１１０と、床Ｇ側に固定され基板１０１の周囲に配置された固定台２、および基板１０１側または固定台２側の一方に取り付けられて他方に対して進退移動可能に設けられ進出時に免震装置１１０による基板１０１の移動を規制する一方で、退避時に免震装置１１０による基板１０１の移動を許容する当接部３を有した固定装置１と、を備える。【選択図】図５
