Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit which prevents oil leakage.SOLUTION: A drive unit includes: a carrier part 30 which supports a pinion gear 38; a reduction mechanism 120 in which an introduction passage 43 for introducing a lubricant is formed at the carrier part 30; a transaxle case 12 for accommodating the reduction mechanism 120; and a plate 51 arranged between the reduction mechanism 120 and the transaxle case 12. The transaxle case 12 has an opposing face 13 which opposes the plate 51, and on which a groove-shaped oil passage 41 is formed. The plate 51 includes: a flat plate part 52 extending in a flat plate shape; a disc spring mechanism part 53 which is arranged at a peripheral edge of the flat plate part 52, and generates an elastic force so as to energize the flat plate part 52 toward the opposing face 13; and a gutter-shaped guide part 54 which is arranged at the flat plate part 52, and introduces the lubricant flowing in the oil passage 41 to the introduction passage 43.
