Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition suitable for optical applications with a very small amount of minute foreign matter.SOLUTION: From a solution comprising a polymer, and a phenolic antioxidant with lithium content of 0.3 ppm or less and tin content of 2.0 ppm or less, under a high temperature condition, a volatile component is evaporated, to produce a polymer composition, the polymer composition to be molded into optical materials such as a light guide plate, a diffusion plate, a diffraction grating, an imaging element lens, a Fresnel lens, an optical disk, and a prism sheet.
【課題】 微小異物が極めて少ない光学用に好適な重合体組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 重合体と、リチウム含有量が0.3ppm以下、スズ含有量が2.0ppm以下のフェノール系酸化防止剤とを含む溶液から、高温条件下で、揮発成分を蒸発させて、製造された重合体組成物を、導光板、拡散板、回折格子、撮像素子用レンズ、フレネルレンズ、光ディスク、プリズムシートなどの光学材料に成形加工する。【選択図】 なし |
