TAPE CARTRIDGE AND TAPE PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape printer which can identify a kind of a printing tape and can identify printing content of the printing tape which is discharged, and a tape cartridge which can suitably used in this tape printer.SOLUTION: A tape cartridge 70 includes a printing tape 74 which is stored in a cartridge case, a slit-like delivery port from which the printing tape 74 is delivered out, and a first and second sub display parts 86B which are provided on a wall surface of a front peripheral wall of the cartridge case having the delivery port and performs character representation of a kind of the printing tape 74.
