Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure highly accurately the concentration of detection object gas by suppressing dispersion of detection values caused by a temperature characteristic.SOLUTION: A gas concentration detector 10 includes: a concentration detection part 30 for receiving an infrared ray radiated from a light source 20, and outputting a signal showing an output value corresponding to the concentration of gas between itself and the light source 20; and a concentration conversion processing circuit for calculating the concentration of the gas based on an output value in a period after the infrared ray is received until a primary time differential coefficient of the output value reaches the maximum value.
【課題】温度特性に起因した検出値のばらつきを抑制して、検出対象ガスの濃度を精度高く測定する。【解決手段】ガス濃度検出装置10は、光源20から放射される赤外線を受光して、光源20との間のガスの濃度に応じた出力値を示す信号を出力する濃度検出部30と、赤外線を受光してから、出力値の一次の時間微分係数が最大値に達する前までの期間における出力値に基づいてガスの濃度を算出する濃度変換処理回路とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
