Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a vibration in a rotation radius direction of a photoreceptor 40 caused by shape error of a flange part 40b in the photoreceptor 40 provided with the flange part 40b formed with inner teeth 40e at its inner circumferential surface, or an insertion member not shown that is inserted into the hollow part of the flange part 40b and having its outer teeth engaged with the inner teeth.SOLUTION: A marker 40f indicating a reference position of a flange part 40b at its circumferential direction is added to the flange part 40b. In addition, a marker indicating a reference position at an insertion member at its circumferential direction is added to the insertion member. With this arrangement as above, insertion of the insertion member into the hollow portion of the flange part 40b under a state in which an engagement angle is set to 0° is enabled to be performed, thereby it becomes possible to restrict most effectively vibration of the photoreceptor 40 caused by shape error of the flange part 40b or the insertion member in its rotation radius direction.
【課題】内周面に内歯40eが形成されたフランジ部40bを具備する感光体40におけるフランジ部40bや、フランジ部40bの中空に挿入されて自らの外歯を噛み合わせる図示しない挿入部材の形状誤差に起因する感光体40の回転半径方向における振れを抑える。【解決手段】フランジ部40bの周方向における基準位置を示す目印40fをフランジ部40bに付した。また、挿入部材の周方向における基準位置を示す目印を挿入部材に付した。これにより、噛み合わせ角度を0?にする態様で挿入部材をフランジ部40bの中空に挿入することを可能にしたことで、フランジ部40bや挿入部材の形状誤差に起因する感光体40の回転半径方向における振れを最も効果的に抑えることができるようになった。【選択図】図4 |
